Tessel in Cyberspace

Tessel in Cyberspace is a series of Omroep Human, a broadcaster on the Netherlands Public Broadcasting system, in which feminist and online activist Tessel ten Zweege investigates whether and to what extent online activism can make a difference. She dives into the online worlds of Black Lives Matter, #MeToo, OnlyFans, LGBTQIA+, and the Manosphere, consults relevant literature, and is not afraid to question others and indeed also herself. The results are 4 episodes.

As the VFX editor and editor, I played a pivotal role in bringing the Cyberspace aesthetic to vivid life. I had the exciting opportunity to animate web browsers and conceptualize assets that whisked the viewer away to the nostalgic realm of the early Internet days.
